TeeZioo is operated by BeeGo LLC and owned by Vo Duy Linh. We aim to provide customers with a reliable shopping experience and clear refund procedures when issues occur.

To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

• All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery
Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear, or handling after delivery may not be eligible for refunds.
Refunds apply only to products purchased directly through TeeZioo.com.
The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items marked as final sale
2. Refund Processing
After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the refund requirements.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
