TeeZioo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website to do the same. If you believe that any content on our website infringes upon your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please notify us following the procedure outlined below.

A. Procedure for Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

TeeZioo and its operating company BeeGo LLC will respond promptly to valid claims of intellectual property infringement. Upon receiving a properly submitted notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take appropriate action against repeat infringers.

If you believe that any content on the TeeZioo website infringes your intellectual property rights, please send a written notice including the following information:

B. Response to Infringement Notification

Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice, TeeZioo may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content while the claim is reviewed.

We may also take additional steps if repeated infringement is detected.

C. Counter Notification Procedure

If you believe that the content removed or disabled was done so in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter notification including the following information:

1. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

3. Your contact information including:

   • Full name

   • Mailing address

   • Telephone number

   • Email address

4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court located in the United States for the resolution of the dispute.

5. Your electronic or physical signature.

If a valid counter notification is received, TeeZioo may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a legal action seeking a court order.

Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including legal fees.
